Our team changed earlier this year and rather than rush to fill space or push out a new message, an urge that was difficult to for me to resit, I took some time to focus inward instead.

For the last eight weeks, our team as been focused on the kind of work that never makes a public debut; strengthening our relationships, refining our processes, clarifying our mission, and finding our rhythm as a team.

We've emerged with renewed energy. Focused. Creative. Aligned.

You'll notice a refined brand, new roles and a few new names. Jenni McConkey has stepped up to lead the HR Division. Cole Carpenter now leads our Marketing Division. And Ally Durbin joins us as a Graphic Designer. Together, this team brings the experience, clarity, and momentum to move our work forward-- with purpose.

We've been working on our house so we can serve yours even better.

We're excited to reintroduce ourselves, because we're more aligned than ever with what matters most.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in photography, videography, and digital storytelling Cole is a creative with an entrepreneurial spirit. He pairs artistic vision with sharp execution. He dreams big and he delivers boldly, blending strategy, style, and structure to bring brands to life.

Ally is an exceptional designer with nearly a decade of experience creating materials that are both eye-catching and effective. Just as importantly, she’s known for building strong, trusting relationships with clients. When she says she’ll deliver; she does.
