Your profile, which we call a Fit Sheet, will be stored privately and only shared with employers when there's a strong match. You’re guaranteed a feature in the next Rise + Grind newsletter (anonymously), and we’ll contact you directly if a potential opportunity aligns with your goals.

 

Your resume is required to complete this form. A professional photo is optional but can help us present your profile more personally.

 

The Fit List is totally free to the candidates. What happens after you submit?

• We’ll schedule a 30-minute intake meeting to learn about your experience, preferences, salary expectations, and what kind of work environment fits you best. Then, we’ll build your confidential Fit Sheet—a private profile we only share with employers when there's a strong match.

• You’ll also be anonymously featured in the next issue of Rise + Grind as part of The Fit List, with future features rotating based on candidate volume.

• Any additional services you select—like resume support or interview prep—are completely optional and paid separately.

 

How connections work:

When an employer sees your anonymous spotlight in Rise + Grind or requests talent through The Fit List, they pay to access your full Fit Sheet. That means they’re serious—no tire kickers here. We’ll always check with you first before sharing your details, and you decide if you want to move forward. No pressure, no surprises.
